National Diet Library and "National, public and private university library cooperation committee" established "The working group on libraries damaged during the Great East Japan Earthquake" under "Liaison Meeting of NDL and University Libraries". To share the experience of damaged libraries during the Great East Japan Earthquake widely and tell in posterity, preservation of a related record is being advanced as well as the profit utilization is being considered.
The present accomplishment and future's match were put in order as "middle summary" this time, so we'll hold a report meeting targeted for the way of the library person concerned.

An entrance fee: Free.

※ An exhibit of Tokyo main building new annex stacks (newspapers, magazines) is performed to an applicant after an end (the schedule which is 20-30 minutes from twelve thirty).
Further a lot of applicant in case of becomes in the order of arrival, so please accept it beforehand.

A title: Hit library record WG report meeting application

A body: The following item is written clearly.

(1) the name of the participant, (2) name of corporate body, (3) "Yes" or "No", to join Annex book warehouse tour

※ When entering more than one people, please repeat the item and fill it out for more than one people.

Time for application: From Tuesday, October 15th, 2013- to Friday, October 25th, 2013 inclusive

※ After application mail arrival, you inform in the range (except for the Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of application receipt for 2 days.
