To put the opening to the public situation of the record about suffering at a university, restored experience and support to a disaster area and a hit university about an eastern Japan great earthquake in order and grasp the match situation of each university to the Great East Japan Earthquake as well as make the activity well-known widely by the working group on libraries damaged during the Great East Japan Earthquake, a questionnaire survey is put into effect.

※The working group on libraries damaged during the Great East Japan Earthquake is the working group which is under National Diet Library and the "liaison meeting with" National Diet Library and a university library a national official private university library cooperation committee establishes. To share suffering in a university library and restored experience in an eastern Japan great earthquake widely and tell in posterity, preservation of a related record is being advanced as well as the profit utilization is being considered.
