Search related

Materials which are clearly earthquake related are not included in search results

We are continually making adjustments to improve searches for earthquake related materials.

Browsing related

Photos and videos that are viewable via the web are not actually viewable

The relevant materials may have been deleted by the provider institution. It can take up to 1 week for changes to provider information to take effect.

Printing related

It is not able to print with the layout displayed in the browser.

We have made adjustments for the print layout displayed in the browser, but there are also the parts that cannot be adjusted. When printing, make sure to check the print images on the print preview screen.
