Nagaoka Earthquake Disaster Archive Center "KiokuMirai" is in the "The CHU-ETSU Earthquake Memorial Corridor" consisting of 4 buildings and 3 parks to commemorate the Mid Niigata prefecture Earthquake of October 23rd, 2004. It is a collection of books, magazines, newspapers, public relations magazines, brochures, etc. related to the Mid Niigata prefecture Earthquake of 2004. Database of Disaster Information Materials is available by tablets or PCs only in "KiokuMirai".
As of October 21st, 2014, 1,501 bibliographic data of books and brochures, etc. such as records of activities for reconstruction by citizens' groups, are searchable in HINAGIKU.
