Tohkai Shimpo
The Tohkai Shimpo is a newspaper published by the Tohkai Shimpo Co., headquartered in Rikuzentakata, Iwate. The target readership of the Tohkai Shimpo is the former Kesen-gun, which comprises the cities of Ofunato and Rikuzentakata as well as the town of Sumita.

HINAGIKU has archived the following documents from the Rikuzentakata Earthquake Archive.
