It has been nearly twelve years since the Chuetsu Earthquake Struck Niigata Prefecture on October 23rd, 2004.
In commemoration of this tragic natural disaster, five photographs from the Historical Archive Section at the Nagaoka City Central Library will be exhibited on the top page of HINAGIKU from October 21st to November 6th.
